On Wednesday, March 25, 2015, Williams, Kratcoski, Griffin & Can, LLC hosted a free informational seminar for clients of WKC who are residential and/or commercial landlords. Attorney Peter C. Kratcoski presented information to the law firm’s clients on a wide range of topics which affect both residential and commercial owners of property.
Attorney Kratcoski introduced Attorney Errol Can as a speaker who presented information to the residential and/or commercial landlords on the prevention of future criminal activity at residential rentals.
Attorney Kratcoski also introduced a speaker who provided information on recent developments regarding companion animal issues and restrictions involving federal law.
