On Wednesday, February 25, 2015, Williams, Kratcoski, Griffin & Can, LLC hosted a meeting of the Portage County Domestic Relations Committee. The Chairperson of the Committee, Peter C. Kratcoski, introduced Attorney James Ickes as a speaker who presented information to the Committee on the issues of cybersecurity and its effect on Domestic Relations practice for small law firm practitioners. Attorney Ickes emphasized with the Committee the importance of cybersecurity as it relates to the confidential personal information often collected on behalf of the client in a Domestic Relations case.
