Peter C. Kratcoski obtained his B.A. in Political Science from The Ohio State University in 1985 and his law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1988. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar and has been practicing law at the law firm since 1988.
Barbara M. Griffin | Partner
Barbara Griffin obtained her B.S. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2008. She obtained her law degree from The University of Akron School of Law in 2012. Mrs. Griffin is a first generation Cuban-American originally from Miami, Florida and fluent in Spanish.
Nicholas P. Ensinger
Associate Attorney
Nicholas Ensinger obtained his B.A. in economics from the University of Toledo in 2021 and his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2023. Mr. Ensinger participated in the University of Toledo’s 3 + 3 Program with the College of Law, allowing him to begin law school a year early. Mr. Ensinger was an articles editor for the University of Toledo Law Review, and his note was selected for publication in the journal.
Michael T. Kratcoski

Michael Kratcoski obtained his B.A. in Finance with a minor in Economics from Kent State University in 2022. He obtained his law degree from Cleveland State University College of Law in 2025. Before enrolling in law school, Mr. Kratcoski interned for the City of Ravenna Economic Development Department, where he worked collaboratively with the Economic Development Department Director.
Scott Westerman
Law Clerk
Scott Westerman is a Law Clerk who supports attorneys as needed in the firm’s practice areas. Scott first joined the firm as a legal intern in the fall of 2014, and the firm later hired him full-time as a Paralegal in the spring of 2015. Scott obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Science in History from the University of Akron in 2012 and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Kent State University in 2014.
Ryann Greulich

Ryann Greulich is a paralegal who supports attorneys across a range of practice areas. She first joined the firm as a legal intern in the summer of 2025 before transitioning into her current full-time role. Ryann earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Paralegal Studies from Kent State University and holds an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate.

David E. Williams
David E. Williams obtained his B.A. from Albion College in 1972. He went on to complete his legal education at the University of Toledo and graduated from Capital University Law School in 1976. He was admitted to the Ohio bar in 1976. Shortly thereafter, he joined the firm and became a partner in 1983. Mr. Williams served the community for over 40 years in the areas of business law, commercial law, and real estate. Mr. Williams retired from the firm on December 31, 2016.
